Deck Barricades

Deck barricades, also referred to as anti-climb devices, are intended to prevent people from entering the space between side-by-side escalators and adjoining walls. They are also placed on exposed outer decking.

Safety Brushes

An entrapment risk exists between the stationing skirt panel and the moving step or pallet. Safety brushes, also referred to as skirt deflectors, are used to discourage passengers from standing too close to the edge thereby reducing the risk of injury damage to personal property or equipment.

LED UV-C Handrail Sterilization

The compact LED UV-C Handrail Sterilization Module is mounted internally to eliminate the risk of entrapment. Multiple modules can be installed on a single escalator without compromising the structural integrity or performance of the NT or TufFlex handrail.

Service Barricades

Service barricades are positioned around and securely attached to an escalator or moving walk to restrict public access when the unit is being serviced or has been placed out of service.
