Jeff Coles Appointed Managing Director of EHC Global’s North American Operations

Jeff comes to EHC with nearly 20 years of management experience in the Escalator and Elevator Industry. Jeff began his career in the lift industry with Schindler Elevator in 1998 in service sales and business development. Between 2003 and 2012, he held several progressive management positions at Schindler and was appointed President of Schindler Canada in 2012. He also served as Schindler’s North American Vice President, Modernization. From 2015 to 2018, Jeff served as Vice President, Central Region, with thyssenkrupp Elevator.

“I am excited to be returning to the vertical transportation industry and am looking very forward to being part of the EHC Global leadership team at this very exciting and pivotal stage in the company’s storied history,” commented Jeff Coles.

Washington State Convention Center Summit Building to Feature EHC Global’s Patented NT9000 Escalator Handrail

WSCC, one of the largest convention centers in the Pacific Northwest region of the USA, is currently undergoing a major expansion project. The Summit building will be located one block from the existing facility and will more than double the current capacity of the WSCC when it opens in 2022. EHC Global Opens New Facility in Spain to Support Future Growth in Europe, Middle East and Africa

The new facility, located in the La Negrilla district of Seville, consists of three floors of offices for sales, project management, customer service and administrative personnel. In addition, the expansion provides additional space and production capacity for handrail preparation and splicing, warehousing of key escalator parts such as rollers, chains, steps, safety brushes and combplates, Tractel lift equipment servicing as well as escalator assembly and storage.

The MIAS show, produced by Montreal Automobile Dealers Corporation in collaboration with Montreal Gazette, took place from January 18-27 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal in Montréal, Quebec, Canada. The installation of the ADRail™ campaign was managed and executed by Time2Ad Inc., EHC’s Canadian ADRail™ licensee.

 

ADRail™ has been specifically developed by EHC for escalators and moving walks and consists of a custom graphic film applied directly over the handrail by a qualified installer. ADRail™ features an antimicrobial surface and is ideal for short-term advertising, branding, and safety awareness campaigns. ADRail™ also provides a source of ancillary revenue for building owners, property managers, and event organizers.
